Benefits of Water

Hi beauties!

I hope your week is going well so far. For the past few weeks we have been researching the real benefits of drinking water.  Many celebrities claim that water keeps their skin looking younger and defies all signs of aging.  However is it actually true?  And what are the benefits of drinking water?  So, what´s on today?

BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER

Let´s begin with facts. Your body in 64% consists of water.  Water keeps your skin cells hydrated and working, consequently keeping wrinkles away. Why you may wonder? Simply because water plums the skin cells.

Water is also an important factor in detoxing.  By minimizing toxins in the system through drinking water your skin will look fresh and clean.  Following this logic, it also reduces the number of spots that might appear on our skin here and there.

Referring back to the old myth that celebrities defy age by drinking water, it is not entirely true. Water cannot actually stop the process of aging or any changes that may occur on your skin with time, however it will most certainly affect the appearance of your skin.

Moreover drinking water can relieve fatigue and it´s obvious signs, such as tired skin.

Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins, resulting in a more radiant and glowing skin.  If you haven´t been crazy about drinking water you should definitely start!

It is important to note that no pharmaceutical company has even been keen on researching the real benefits behind drinking water, simply because they cannot patent water.  This means that there is no extensive research in this area, which may result in conflicting opinions.

We have increased a daily intake of water and must agree that the difference is clearly visible.  Plump and radiant skin is what we see!

Till next time!
